Images may not be used for advertising or promotion (including our own), in any form, without the prior written consent of both the photographer/videographer and a signed release by the subject (or a subject’s parent/legal guardian if under 18). The submitting photographer/videographer retains ownership and copyright of all images posted on the site, but by posting to the site agrees to allow the Lake Park Band Auxiliary to sell the images and keep all resulting profits.

Below are the basic guidelines we follow when displaying personally identifying information:

• Complete names (first and last) of students will not be used in any publicly viewable areas.

• Complete names (first and last) of adults associated with the LPMB will not be used in any publicly viewable areas without their approval.

• No other personal information will be posted to any area of the website.

Personal and Payment Information Collected from You

When placing an order through this site, the transaction is processed by SmugMug.com on our behalf. Your payment information is never available to the Lake Park High School, Lake Park Band Auxiliary, or any other associated group. At no time is Lake Park Band Auxiliary provided payment information or personal information of any other kind.
