Ordering Products and Prints
Q: How do I order prints and merchandise?
A: The answer to this question can be found on SmugMug's Help page titled "How do I Buy Prints?". If you have additional questions about the processing of orders, take a look at the Prints, Gifts and Order section of the SmugMug Help pages by clicking on the Help link in the footer of this website or by clicking here.
Q: Who actually does the photo processing?
A: Prints ordered on our site are printed by EZ Prints. Located in Georgia, EZ Prints handles merchandise for all accounts and prints for SmugMug's professional and amateur accounts. EZ Prints tubes larger prints, rather than flat-packing them. This makes shipping less expensive on large prints, but you'll need to flatten them yourself. We offer Matte prints, rolled canvas prints, and photo cards in the EZ Prints catalog. Color correction through EZ Prints is included in the price of prints (but optional), and is the same great "auto color" that has saved the day for countless SmugMug subscribers throughout the years.
Q: What is available to buy?
The catalog of prints and keepsakes are here.

2. Click on the "BUY" button

Q: Who maintains the LPMB SmugMug site?
A: The site is maintained by the Lake Park High School Band Auxiliary. The site is administered by the Photography volunteers (Neal Cammy).
Q: I found a picture of me (or my son/daughter) that I would like removed. How do I get it removed?
A: We take your privacy very seriously. After all, as members of the Lake Park Band Auxiliary we all share a common goal - the well-being and enrichment of the LPMB members. If you find a picture showing you (or your student if you are a LPMB parent) that you are uncomfortable with, send us an email and we will remove it immediately. You don’t need to give a reason - if you are uncomfortable with it, we are too.
Q: I have other questions. How do I get them answered?
A: It's simple, just send us an email.
